All services are subject to availability and scheduling. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Quotes and Estimates

Quotes and estimates provided by Goldleaf Waltham Decks are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to change based on material costs, project scope changes, or unforeseen circumstances discovered during the project.

Final pricing will be confirmed in writing before work begins. Any changes to the project scope must be approved in writing and may result in additional charges.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Typically, we require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. We accept various payment methods including checks, credit cards, and electronic transfers.

Late payments may be subject to additional fees. If payment is not received within 30 days of the due date, we reserve the right to pursue collection through legal means.

Warranties and Guarantees

Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, lack of maintenance, or natural disasters.

Property Access and Safety

You grant us permission to access your property to perform the agreed-upon services. We will take reasonable precautions to protect your property, but we are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or hidden damage discovered during the project.

You are responsible for ensuring that pets are secured and that the work area is clear of personal belongings before we begin.

Permits and Regulations

We will obtain necessary permits for your project as outlined in your service agreement. You are responsible for ensuring that your project complies with local homeowners association rules and regulations.

Limitation of Liability

Goldleaf Waltham Decks is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services in question.
